Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards

To redeem gift cards and e-gift cards online, simply enter your card number and pin number in the gift card box on the payment page at checkout.

If you have a balance remaining on your order, you may add another acceptable payment method (like a credit card, another gift card, or merchandise credit) to cover it.

The gift card keeps track of your balance.

Use it for one purchase—then use the remaining balance for another purchase the next time you shop.

What is the shipping fee for gift cards?

A shipping & handling fee of $1.95 applies to gift cards, but is not applicable to e-gift cards.

When will the recipient receive my gift card or gift certificate?

Gift Cards are sent First Class Mail and will arrive within 5 business days.

When will the recipient receive my e-gift card?

E-Gift Cards are sent to the recipient 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the e-gift card has been sent.

Can I use my promo code to purchase a gift card? / Promotions And Discounts

While coupons and discounts are not applicable toward gift card or e-gift card purchases, if your order contains both gift cards and merchandise, we are happy to apply coupons or discounts to your merchandise total, minus any gift cards.

Are Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards Transferable?

Yes. You may give your Gift Card or E-Gift Card to someone else.

Will you replace my lost or stolen gift card?

Jessica London is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Except in certain circumstances gift cards and e-gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission. Are Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards Taxed?

Taxes will not be applied to the face value of your gift card purchase.

Can I Reload my Gift Card or E-Gift Card?

We cannot reload gift cards at this time, but you can always purchase a new card.

Do Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards have an Expiration Date?

While gift cards do not have an expiration date, we only retain gift card information for 90 days from the date of purchase.

What Happens If I'm Returning Merchandise Purchased with a Gift Card?

 

If you return merchandise purchased with a Gift Card, we will issue a merchandise credit. If you used a Gift Card for the entire purchase, you will receive a check for the full refund.
