Our online shop is quick, easy and secure. Simply select your size, choose your color, and click add to shopping bag. Your chosen item will be added to your shopping bag at the top right of the screen. As you continue to shop, click on the mini-bag to see its contents at any time.

When you're ready to place your order, select checkout and follow the prompts to complete the checkout process. You can either use our guest checkout, where no registration is required, or create a password-protected account where we’ll save your details for the next time you visit. If you’re already registered, your account profile will be displayed. You have the option to change your personal information at anytime.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards

Shop around, select the item(s) you want and use your gift card to pay for it.

Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used at any of the FULLBEAUTY Brands: womanwithin.com, fullbeauty.com, jessicalondon.com, kingsize.com, brylanehome.com and roamans.com.

To redeem gift cards and e-gift cards online, just enter the card number and pin number in the gift card box on the payment page at checkout. If you have a balance remaining on your order, you may add another acceptable payment method (like a credit card, another gift card, or merchandise credit) to cover it.

Track Your Balance

The gift card tracks your balance so you can use it for one purchase—then use the remaining balance for another purchase the next time you shop. Check the balance* of your gift card here.

*We retain gift card information for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

Rewards Certificates

Jessica London credit cardholders can redeem rewards online or by phone.
Just enter your reward certificate number in the “Promo Code or Rewards Certificate” field at checkout. Or, give us a call. We’re happy to take your certificate number with your phone order.

Just click on My Orders / Order Status at the bottom of every the page. Enter your order number, email address and billing zip code to find your order information.

If you don't see your order information right away, we’re still processing it. Please check back again in a few hours.

Do we have your email address?

If you're a registered user (or you gave us your email address on the phone) you’ll receive two confirmation emails — one when your order is confirmed and a second one once your order has shipped.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in those states where we are legally required to do so. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.

Promo Codes

During the checkout process, simply enter the promotion code in the required field. The coupon will be automatically applied and your promotion will be listed in the “Promotions” line.

Back Orders

The item is so popular—it's sold out, temporarily.

Check your invoice for the date we expect to fill your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.

Brands Available for International Shipping

Due to trademark and licensing issues with certain brands we are not able to offer our complete product lines for sale internationally. Items shipped by third party brands are not available for international shipping. Back ordered items will not be eligible for international delivery. Gift Cards and E-Certificates are not available for international shipping.

Placing an Order

FULLBEAUTY Brands gladly accepts orders from around the globe and can ship eligible products to these countries so long as the billing address and "ship to" address are the same. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

As you shop the site, the product page will indicate if the item is not available for international shipping. If an item that is not eligible for international shipping is added to the shopping bag, the website will remove the item after clicking on check out. You will be notified at checkout if certain items must be removed due to weight, size (too large to ship in one package) or import/export laws and regulations. You must remove those items from your Shopping Bag before you can proceed to checkout.

Your order will be completed by our shipping partner, UPS i-parcel, who will convert our prices into your preferred currency, collect your payment information and calculate customs fees and import duties based on the country where your order will be delivered (the "destination country"). For international orders, your credit card information is only collected by UPS i-parcel and is not shared with or collected by FULLBEAUTY Brands. See the Privacy Policy of UPS i-parcel for more detail. If required by the destination country, UPS i-parcel or its agent may request additional personal identifying information that must be provided to complete the delivery. Such information will only be used for the purpose of processing your order. If you do not agree to these terms and do not provide the information, your order cannot be processed.

Once your order is complete, we will ship your order to UPS i-parcel, who will ship the order to you. If we are not able to deliver your order, UPS i-parcel will attempt to notify you using the email address you provided during checkout. You will receive a notification that your package has been deemed "undeliverable". Please be sure your address and email information is correct during checkout. In the event that UPS i-parcel cannot resolve any issues preventing delivery of your order (for example, an incomplete or wrong address), the order will be cancelled and we will refund the price of the items you ordered. Shipping, handling, import fees, and duties will not be refunded.

Payment Methods

Method of payment will vary depending on country. Accepted method of payments will display on the Order Review and Payment Page. Other options such as gift cards and e-gift cards available in the United States are not available for international orders.

Coupons

Promotions that are offered in the United States are not always applicable to international orders. Please be sure to review each coupon to see if it is eligible for international orders before making a purchase. “Free Gift” and sale items may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees. You will be responsible for these charges plus any shipping and handling charges incurred in getting the goods to the final destination. NOTE: Free Shipping and Free Return offers do not apply to international shipping.

Promotional Offering Product & Shipping Restrictions

International orders are not eligible for:
