When will I see my points on my account?
It may take up to 48 hours for your points to be applied to your account. Items that are purchased on back order won't have their points reflected until they ship to you.

Where will my reward be sent?
Reward certificates will be automatically mailed on your monthly billing statement. If you previously would not have received in a statement in the month you earned your reward - no worries you'll still receive a statement even though you won't have a balance due.
How long is my reward valid for?
90 days from the day it was issued.

The current maximum Reward Level is 1,000 Points (1,000 Points = $50 Reward Certificate) per billing cycle. You'll receive the balance of your reward on your next statement.
Will I still receive a Birthday offer? 
Offer will be received during your birthday month. Must have valid email address and U.S. mailing address. Accounts that opened in your birthday month or in the previous month will receive the offer for the birthday benefit during your birthday month the following calendar year.
