    I have been suffering with upper back pain for over a year now and after getting a chiropractic adjustment, my chiropractor said the problem was due to poor posture and my large bust. So, instead of spending more money on pain killers and treatments, I decided to try a posture bra. After putting this one on, my back pain was virtually gone! I am so happy with this comfortable, pretty, miracle worker!

      I needed something that would keep me from bouncing, be snug and didnt rull up under the girls like most bras do these days. I like the 'secure' feeling that it stays out from under, if your cup size is correct then it feels right. only thing is the side seems buckled making look like I had a slight muffin top. This occurred after continual wear after a few days. Otherwise, I do like it. I wish I could find a sports bra that was 'longer' like this bra but more like an iron maden strapping in the girls so I dont bounce. This one is NOT for exercise..its for every day under dress shirts. If anyone knows of an iron maden sports bra that doesnt roll...(reasonably priced) Im in!!!!!!

                First time I ever wore a long line bra so I thought "Good Grief" I feel like I have a girdle around my mid section!!
