I plan to wear to my step daughter's outdoor afternoon wedding. Dress is perfect, dressy enough but not formal as it is an afternoon wedding. Hides inperfections nicely.

I wore this for my son's wedding. It was beautiful and I received many compliments. I have a large bust and this fit perfectly. Normally I have to buy a size larger than I wear and alter the armholes and waist. Flows with you and conceals some of the overweight flaws. Love the dress.

I was unsure how this pattern would look as a Mother of the Bride dress for an outdoor afternoon wedding in Florida. It is subdued enough to fit in perfectly with the bridesmaid dresses, yet the gold metallic in the fabric makes it dressy without being gaudy. The fit is fabulous. It disguises my tummy, shows off the girls just enough, and shows leg without the varicose veins. And the bride thinks I look great! I'm 6 feet tall, so the uneven hemline is perfect, since no one can tell if it's supposed to be short or long!

This dress is beautiful and very nicely made and finished. The silk is good quality and very floaty/gossamer, and the lining is very comfortable and stretchy and done very thoughtfully for the design of the dress. You'll find that the affixed brooch needs a tack or two to make it "stand up" properly, but that's a minor issue at best.
