I love the jacket, but it arrived crushed in a plastic bag - it should have been sent folded neatly in a box. I had to pay $12.50 to have it professionly steam pressed before I was able to wear it.

This coat is the best cold weather coat that I have seen or owned. I wear it everywhere in the colder weather and I am so toasty warm and comfortable in it. In a casual way I feel extremely stylish in it. It is just large enough to wear bulky sweaters underneath it. The hood is wonderful as it stays put in the windy and snowy weather. It is a real winner.

the coat was just wonderful the toggle one, however, the hood is very big on me, but the size was true. I ordered navy in a 16W petite i believe. great coat. I was really happy with this one.
