I just purchased this jacket for a trip I am taking to California. I purchased it in white. IT IS GREAT!! Nice stretch to the fabric makes it VERY comfortable. Neck is a little big around but not too bad. Will go with everything I am taking with me. If I was not loosing weight I would purchase it in every color left in my size. HIGHLY RECOMMED.

I love that it's a denim jacket, but that it has structure and a bit fitted so that it's less bulky and slightly more "dressy". The overall fit is wonderful, however, the sleeves seem a bit long although I have not yet washed it either.

I did not recognize my wonderful white JL Studio Seamed Stretch Jacket in this photo. Photo does not show its lovely shape, the vertical seaming detail, the subtle vertical shaping. These jackets gives me an even better female line than I possess. These are adorable!
The stretch fabric provides the comfort when required (sitting in wheelchair)and the vertical seaming creates a chic design while standing. Put on one great pair of pumps , a beautiful pair of black trousers with a freshly pressed seam, a freshly starched long sleeved blouse topped with this white Denim Jacket -- and you can go ANYWHERE...the finest restaurant for lunch...the Art Museum for a class...comfortable strolling in the park with the grandchildren in tow. The jacket can be transformed by your immagination and only negated in the most elegant of occasions.
If you overheat as I, you need not wear anything underneath the jacket if you size correctly as the beautiful blouse-like design can stand on its own.
The white jacket goes great over my JL black twill straight skirt I purchased here. My green JL denim jacket looks great with the JL deep navy denim straight skirt also purchased here; the retro 1960's color scheme is as daring as I get.
I wear all my clothes loose, but even loose these 'seamed' jackets remain flattering on a larger woman. I was actually quite surprised how they make me, an extremely full figured woman look/feel. Not only do I look slimmer but I feel pretty in the jackets! No small feat; no pun intended ;-) The chic design and seaming details do it all!

I have been looking for a new affordable, classic, stylish, quality denim jacket. This one seems to fit the bill. However, the upper sleeves to the front and back shoulders pull a bit. The rest of the jacket is great. I am not large chested or out of proportion for my plus size -- everything is proportionately plus (hee,hee). The stretch factor helps. I wouldn't be able to wear a sweater undeneath. I like the length. It washes well. I line dry everything, so don't know how it fares in the dryer.

This jacket is classy looking. I got the green color and it's a vibrant, pretty apple green.
I didn't select a rating for the sleeve length because I wanted to explain something. I'm tall and usually have trouble finding sleeves that are long enough. I'm used to this problem, so I just planned on turning them up and wearing as 3/4 length. But - I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are, indeed, long enough for me. This could mean that they're too long for your average height person, but I couldn't be happier about it.
