I will be taking the dress on trips. It is great that it's so wrinkle resistant. The only bad thing is, the print was a little overwhelming on the upper portion. For me, it emphasizes being top heavy.

I wear this dress to work. I find it very flattering. It doesn't cling to your behind or to your arms and it doesn't show too much cleavage. I did find it to be a little large, especially in the waist (the bust and hips were fine) so I had the waist taken in and now it's perfect! The bright color on the top helps draw attention to my face and the dark bottom helps my behind look smaller.

I am 53 years old, and haven't worn a dress in a long time. I started buying dresses when I started shopping at Jessica London. I was looking for that "Retro," 1960's70's look, and I found it in this dress. I bought the dress in clover green and black. I bought a size 18 W, because the reviews said, that the dress was on the bigger side, I am an 18/20. The dress fits me, perfectly, from the green and black retro colors, that end just at the empire waist, where the black begins as the skirt of the dress. The material, is soft and comfortable, and the dress moves with me. I would save this dress for a special occasion, but since I don't have many special occasions, I will wear this dress, anywhere and anytime that I please too! It's a lot of fun to wear a dress, again and especially a dress that is as "Cool," looking as this dress!

I ordered this dress in my usual size, and it was too big, so I sent it back and when I got the new one, it was perfect. I like the retro look of it, and it is very figure-flattering. I now have one in the clover green, and also in cobalt blue. I can't decide which dress I'm going to wear to my niece's wedding at the end of the month, because I have 2 other dresses I ordered from JL to choose from. I love the fact that it does not wrinkle, but the fabric does not cling either. I got a push up bra to wear with this, and this dress makes me feel very sexy. My hubby loves it, and he usually never notices what I wear!

I ordered this product for a special occasion -- parents' 50th Open House. I am looking forward to looking fabulous for lots of friends and extended family I have not seen in quite some time. I wish I had paid more attention to the other reviews. The dress did run big and my tailor suggested I should have ordered one size smaller. It looked a little "boxy" on me though, and so a bit of a tuck at the waist. Still -- looking forward to wearing it in early June!

I read the reviews before I bought this dress and ordered 1 size smaller than normal. The fit is fabulous, it looks great on. I have a large chest and there was enough coverage that I felt comfortable wearing it to church. I ordered the green but I think I will order other colors. This dress is definitely figure flattering.

I had read previous reviews and saw that many felt the dress was larger in the bodice and waist, so I ordered down a size. Even still the empire waist is generous, but hangs well. I am happy with both my decision and the dress. The fabric is vibrant and hangs nicely. Only because it is lighter, it tends to slip back a bit on my shoulders which causes the front lapel facing to roll forward. I notice this is alleviated when I lift the back shoulders up, so maybe some thin shoulder pads, or fusible facing in places would help keep the nice crip lapel line without having to topstitch it. I received many spontaneous compliments on the color and slimming effect. (Cobalt Blue/Black) I went back and Ordered the green for fun! Good value for the price.
