I was very disappointed when I received these shoes. I ordered an 11W and I would guess that the actual shoe was an 11 narrow. There was absolutely no way it was a wide width. I was able to get them on but they were horribly painful. Luckily, I got them for next to nothing on sale plus a coupon and so I didn't even bother to send them back. It wasn't worth my time or money, because of this experience I am hesitant to by shoes from this brand again.

THEY RUN WAY TOO SMALL. WIDE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A D WIDTH. I WOULD CALL THE WIDE A NARROW! SHOE WAS ABOUT 2 INCHES TOO SHORT IN SIZE MARKED 9.5. AWFUL!

I had to return the shoes because I couldn't even get them on. They were supposed to be 11 wide, and they were no where close. I can usually even get an 11 regular on my foot, and I couldn't even get these on my toes.
