I must admit I've been terribly disappointed in your shoe wear this winter season. The one reason I shop your store for shoes is because you have stylish shoes and boots in larger sizes. I'm a size 11 wide and in the past I have had very good success with your shoes. I've purchased 2 pair of boots from your company this winter and one pair I've already returned for a larger size (12W) and THEY did not fit either!!.
