Though these are sparkly, I would say unless you buy one of the darker colors that these are more suited for daytime/casual wear. I thought they were cute but my foot slid around inside them while walking and I felt at anytime they could actually fall off. A friend of mine recommended these shoe bed things that normally you'd put inside pumps and high heel sandals that keep your foot from slipping too far forward. I tried those and VOILA! Now I just love the shoes except I could have gotten a size 7 rather than my normal size 7 1/2 and they probably would have fit just a bit better. They are cute and now that I put the foot bed thing in they are very comfortable. I'd buy them again given the chance.

It's a nice shoe. But I wouldn't recommend a lot of walking in it. Because it's canvas mule, you tend to slide around in it. The bling is fabulous!
