The neckline is a V and the material sheer enough
that I wear it with a dark cami. It's lightweight
and works well with dressy pants/skirt.
If you like to mix it up a bit, I could imagine wearing it with jeans as well, but this is a dressier top.

It did not look see-through in the catalog. You definitely need to wear something under this blouse. It was also sized on the small size!
