This top is beautiful on! I paired it with a skirt, and voila - instant chic! I had an attitude all day because I knew I looked good. Initially I thought the baby doll look would be too young for me, but because this has a longer bottom, it's perfect. It can also go with a pair of nice jeans for a casual chic look. This top is way big. I didn't want to have to do an exchange, so I called JL ahead of time to ask specific questions about the stretchiness and the fit. I was informed that the material had no stretch and that the size was traditional, not loose, so I went with my usual size. However, it is very stretchy, and the fit is loose. [...] I love the fabric and style, so I will pay the shipping to exchange it for a smaller size, but I really wish I'd gotten the right information to begin with. The top is so beautiful; I wish there were more colors to choose from and that the blue and berry were true to color (judging from the reviews, those are not actually as they appear). It's nice to have an interesting lace top amidst a sea of basic plain tops! I'd pair this with a fitted skirt or jeans. The lace is prettier than it appears in the picture because it has a nice sheen to it -- very classy! The style is pretty close to maternity, which doesn't bother me, but definitely not for defining a waistline or trim tummy. It floats away from the body so it doesn't grip problem areas. I love that it's lined so I don't have to put anything under it, and if I wear a black lace bra with the black top, it wouldn't matter if it peeked out a bit. I would not hold my cats while wearing this blouse because I don't want it to snag. I'd love to see more items like this in the catalog!

I received this top in the vanilla and it is just beautiful. I was afraid the lace would be that itchy, stiff type, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I bought this for Easter and I've only tried it on but I love the look of it. I was concerned at first that the color was not bright enough but it looks good once you've put it on. Beware of the neckline, I've got to wear something under mine. Also it is a bit see through, so once again I will wear something under it. The length of the shirt and the length of the sleeves were perfect. I can't wait to wear it!

I have not seen anything as pretty as this top. Most of the styles of this top are very casual but this is just what one would ned for a special day.
