I have this is several colors and prints. I find the brand usually runs small so I went up a couple sizes. THe elastic in the waiste was snug so I snipped it. Once I cut out the elastic the skirt fit like a dream. It is great for casual days in the office during the summer.

Clean lines, great colours, casual and classic tailoring... HOWEVER! If you carry your weight in your hips and thighs, this skirt is cut too close to fit. You need to buy the next size - or two! - up. The amount of 'stretch' that is advertized in this product is minimal. The 'stretch' will let you sit down without your hem folding up, but it won't give you room to button the fly if you buy your current size. With that being said - it's a FABULOUS product and I own it in several different colours.
