It has a strange waistband. The fabric is not sewn down, leaving the skirt fabric and the lining opposing one another at the waistband.

The length of this skirt and its multi-colored print is great. The waistband, however, is odd with no seam distinguishing it from the drop-waist giving it a tendancy to roll. Such a deep drop-waist also necessitates wearing a long tunic over it.

This skirt has a great drape, great fabric, moves well, feels terrific...but the waistband is not sitched well. The wide piece of elastic, just laid in, started to twist as soon as I put in on! That ruined the skirt for me - will return it.

The skirt is of such poor quality that I am returning it. Whoever made it allowed the fabric to be caught into the stitching of the elastic waist at several points, and in such a way that even a casual inspection would have--should have
put this in the Reject bin. It wouldn't even qualify for Slight Irregular.
