I am larger and short so it is difficult to find items that fit well. This jacket fit very well and I used it for an interview with the matching pants. I bought a few suits but this was my favorite.

This jacket is beautiful. It is comfortable and I love the fact that for once the sleeves on a jacket aren't 4 inches to long! It fits beautifully as well. I love that it is fully lined, which adds the quality feel. Unlike the matching pants, which were a great disappointment in fit and material.

This is a nice jacket for the casual work office. The color is right on - not too bright or flashy. Goes great w/ a nice pair of black slacks and will go equally as well with a pair of white in the summer. It looks great when you've pulled it down and straightend it - but it rides up easily and needs to be readjusted frequently. OVERALL a good buy.

I really liked this jacket. My only issue with it is that when I raise my arms the whole jacket comes up and opens. Im taller than the average tall girl so that my be a part of the fit issue.
I fixed this by having the extra button added so that there are two buttons thereby keeping the jacket closed. Voila! Fabulous, sharp, and CHEAP!

I bought this to use for an interview suit (with the matching skirt), but the fabric is too thin, despite being lined. This would work fine for the business casual office, however. I would advise to size up.
